In our day and age, progressively younger kids are recieving the benefit from exposure to the Internet and the learning oportunities that come from it. We've gone through and found some of the best games for kids ready to start Kindergarden and up through 2nd Grade. Help them start with their 1-2-3s, counting, colors, and shapes. Then watch them move up to beginning Math and other fun games. When you think they're ready, you can find some great games for beginners on our Reading Pages. Experts in early education have know for some time that providing children with a structured setting, like games with rules, can help them be better prepared academically, socially, and emotionally for a school environment.
During these formative years, help them meet the goal of having the right skills; problem solving, conflict resolution, self-confidence and self-reliance. Then help them to reinforce those skills as he or she develops.
